White Mountain Frosting

Beat 2 egg whites until stiff.
In a sauce pan, mix and cook:
½ cup sugar
2 Tablespoons water
¼ cup light corn syrup

Bring to boil. Stir constantly, cooking until mixture spins a 6 to 8-inch thread.

Turn on mixer and pour syrup slowly into egg whites; beat until stiff
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla

Spread on Chocolate Jet Cake.
