Healthy Living: Mix Them Up Wraps

Tortillas - any flavor
Cream cheese
Spinach or lettuce (whatever you prefer)
Roast beef, turkey, chicken or ham
Your favorite veggies (tomatoes, avocados, sprouts, cucumber)

Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the tortilla. Layer your lettuce, meat and veggies. Roll up and enjoy.
