Hawaiian Haystacks

Mix and simmer:
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups shredded cooked chicken (can be canned)

Pour over:
Rice

Toppings:
Chow Mein noodles
Tomatoes
Celery
Green onion
Green pepper
Red pepper
Pineapple tid-bits
Mandarin Oranges
Grated Cheese
Slivered almonds
Coconut

I made this for a group of 10 adults yesterday and noted a few things.

1. If you use canned chicken, skip the stock and just use the juice from the chicken.

2. 1 large (26oz.) can of chicken with 2 cans of chicken works well.
